Currently using Poshmark, but it needs so much improvement and yes, I put so much effort into packaging my items making sure each is clean and free of pilling, etc., wrapping in pretty paper, sending thank you notes, including little cosmetic samples and chocolates, etc, etc. It happens all of the time. From personal experience, I can say that even some items listed as NWT and NWOT can come with blemishes or damages that clearly put them out of those categories. I dont mind if she changed her mind, gave it away, etc But nothing. I bet I have spent 8 plus hours a day on there sharing and all that other nonsense. I sold a tech item and the buyer claimed it didnt work. Lies! You arent obligated to share on posh same as you arent obligated to promote your personal site! Is this not consumer fraud?
